Law Students

Pro Bono Law Ontario (PBLO) offers law students an opportunity to participate in its Civil Litigation Project at Law Help Ontario.

The Civil Litigation Project provides law students with an intensive exposure to the practice of law and offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in civil litigation.

New This Year!

In 2010, PBLO is partnering with Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC), a national pro bono organization with chapters at all 21 law schools across the country.

PBSC has chapters at both The University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law School.

One of PBSC's roles is to manage the application process and to match law students with this project.

Applying to this project:

Pro Bono Students Canada is accepting applications on behalf of Law Help Ontario. We recommend that you indicate your preferred shift time and your preferred location (Small Claims - 47 Sheppard Ave E or Superior Court - 393 University Avenue).

Placements are available for 2nd and 3rd year law students.
You can apply directly through your Toronto PBSC chapter.
